1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a ZC777 account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZC777 strictly prohibits under-age gambling. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not hold ZC777 player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ZC777 or any of its affiliated entities, gaming providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be accessing ZC777 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that using ZC777 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list operated by ZC777 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one ZC777 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms. ZC777 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts will be closed, all balances may be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ZC777 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ZC777 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. 4. Deposits & Payments

ZC777 accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

Deposits are credited to your ZC777 account balance in real time in most cases. In rare instances where a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact ZC777 support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a second deposit until the first has been confirmed or investigated.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted.
• ZC777 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ZC777's control.
• ZC777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reason to believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
• Deposits made in error — for example, to the wrong account number — are the responsibility of the depositing player. ZC777 will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of misrouted funds.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ZC777 are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Where this is not possible due to technical constraints, ZC777 will request an alternative verified PKR payment method.

Processing times for approved ZC777 withdrawal requests are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours after approval.
• IBFT bank transfer: 1 to 3 business days after approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days after approval.

ZC777 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification before approving any withdrawal request. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until all required documents have been received and verified.

Any bonus funds remaining in your account that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from your withdrawal amount at the time the withdrawal is processed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ZC777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms. If no specific requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 20x applies to the bonus amount on ZC777.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games including Andar Bahar and Baccarat typically contribute 10–20%. Slots and crash games such as Aviator typically contribute 100%. Virtual sports contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets that have not been used within 30 days of being credited will expire and be removed from your ZC777 account balance automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held at a time on ZC777 unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to stack multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the secondary bonus being voided.
• Abuse prevention: ZC777 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus if it believes the player is abusing the promotional system. 7. Referral Programme

ZC777's Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn PKR cash rewards by referring new players to the platform. The following conditions apply:

• Both the referrer and the referred player must hold valid, separate ZC777 accounts with unique Pakistani mobile numbers and unique payment methods.
• The referred player must register using the referrer's unique ZC777 referral link prior to creating their account. Referrals cannot be applied retrospectively.
• The qualifying deposit is the first deposit made by the referred player, with a minimum amount of Rs 500. Self-deposits via a second account do not qualify.
• Referral bonuses are credited to the referrer's ZC777 account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. In most cases, the credit arrives much sooner.
• Deposit commission (applicable at Popular and Elite tiers) is calculated on qualifying deposits made by referred accounts and paid on a weekly cycle.
• Self-referrals, referrals between players sharing the same household or payment method, and any other attempt to manipulate the ZC777 referral system will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and may lead to account suspension.

ZC777 reserves the right to modify the referral programme — including bonus amounts, tier thresholds, and commission rates — at any time with reasonable prior notice. Bonuses earned under previous programme terms will be honoured provided they comply with the terms in place at the time they were earned.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on ZC777 — including live dealer games, virtual sports, crash games, and RNG-based titles — are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any ZC777 game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

ZC777 takes fair play seriously and enforces the following rules across all games:

• No cheating: The use of any software, tool, script, bot, or method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over ZC777 is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, automated betting software and exploits targeting known software vulnerabilities.
• No collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game — particularly in multi-player formats — is a serious violation. ZC777 monitors gameplay patterns for signs of collusion.

• Evidence of duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or any attempt to abuse ZC777's bonus or referral systems.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, ZC777 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, pending withdrawals, and balances accrued through prohibited activity. • Losses incurred as a result of the player's own decisions — including decisions about which games to play, how much to bet, and how to interpret game rules.
